Exhibitors
As an exhibitor, your organization will benefit from the integrated program design and innovative exhibit hall layout that makes the 2008 DDESB Seminar a "cannot miss" event. The program provides numerous opportunities to network and showcase your technologies, products, and services to key customers and prospects.

Exhibit space is assigned on a first-paid basis, so be sure to register early to reserve your space.
Exhibitor registration fees include the following:
- One seminar registration including all seminar materials, meals, breaks, and opening night reception.
- 10'X10' booth space with pipe and drape
- Standard Exhibitor Package including 6' table, 2 chairs, trash can and 7” x 44” booth sign
- Electricity, water, and other furnishings must be contracted through the official exhibition service contractor.
Requests for oversized exhibits and heavy equipment will be considered individually and accommodated if the venue allows. Vehicles will need to be able to move in and move out of the Exhibit Hall and meet fire marshal codes.

An exhibit information packet will be available for download in May from this website and will contain standard Exhibitor Rules and Regulations which must be adhered to for the show. When you purchase a booth, you confirm your agreement and compliance with all the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations, including the published move in and move out times.

Please note: Anyone associated with an exhibit booth must be registered for the conference.
Schedule of Events
Exhibitor set up will be Noon – 5 p.m. on Monday, August 11. Join us in the Exhibit Hall for the Opening Night Reception on Tuesday, August 12. Continental breakfast will be served at 7 a.m. daily in the Exhibit Hall. The Exhibit Hall will be open from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. daily and for the opening night event.
Exhibitor move out will be 5 – 7 p.m. on Thursday, August 14.
Cancellation Policy for Exhibitors
Cancellations and substitutions for conference exhibitors are accepted with advance notice. If you need to cancel, please send written notification to Impact Associates by fax at 865.379.7094, or by e-mail at service@ddesbseminar.org.
- Exhibitors will receive a 50% refund if written notice is received by 5 p.m. ET on August 4, 2008.
- NO REFUND will be made after 5 p.m. ET on August 4, 2008.
